She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Her clinical background includes care management, emergency medical care, and medical-surgical nursing. Grace believes that every life matters and approaches her work with compassion, precision, and attentiveness to individual needs. Mary Abaecheta is a retired professional who dedicated her career to serving individuals with disabilities through the State of Tennessee. In her role, she conducted monthly assessments to evaluate progress, document daily activities, and report outcomes to the state. Her work focused on skill development, personal growth, and ensuring individuals received appropriate support. Mary is deeply committed to advocacy, accountability, and compassionate care for vulnerable populations. Her experience brings valuable insight into person-centered services and state compliance.

Kehinde Amen Eguakun was born in Benin City, Nigeria, and holds a B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an M.S. in Animal Sciences from Obafemi Awolowo University. After immigrating to the United States in 1990, he pursued a career in nursing, earning his associate degree from Wake Technical Community College and his MSN from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Amen has been a nurse practitioner since 1999, serving disadvantaged populations in primary care, public health, and HIV/AIDS care. Since 2008, he has worked as an infectious disease nurse practitioner at Vanderbilt Comprehensive Care Clinic in Nashville, Tennessee. He has received community recognition for his service, actively volunteers with local organizations, and remains committed to improving health outcomes for underserved communities.

He serves as the Executive Director of Shalom Community Care Inc. and is the Lead Pastor of Resurrected Church. His professional experience includes overseeing provider agencies that serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with a focus on policy development, staff training, quality improvement, and person-centered care. Pastor Pobi is also an entrepreneur with experience in real estate, strategic planning, and business development, known for his integrity and collaborative leadership style. He is committed to building systems that promote dignity, safety, and high-quality care and is a valued board member of Virtue Community Care Inc..

Dr. Patrick E. Idoye is a Professor of Theatre in the Department of Mass Communications at Tennessee State University in Nashville. He earned both his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Florida State University and has been a resident of Nashville since 1993. In addition to his academic career, Dr. Idoye is an accomplished teacher and director with a strong commitment to collaborative and community-centered work. This passion for working with people has led to his involvement with Virtue Community Care Inc..
